  • What is a home inspection?
    Inspections are to make sure that electrical, plumbing, HVAC unit, roof and walls are in good standing.
  • Why do home buyers need a home inspection?
    Inspections are needed to ensure that all the main units are in spec. And also to make sure that everything is working on the day of inspection.
  • Do the home buyers have to be there?
    It is totally up to you the home buyer, rather you want to be there or not. Sometimes by being there, it allows you to see the issues, if any, in person to get a better understanding of what is going on.
  • Can a house fail a home inspection?
    Yes, if the house is not in good condition and it is not livable or safe for you to live in we will let you know in the report.
  • What if the inspection report reveals problems?
    All data collected will be stated on the report. If the home buyer or seller is present then we will tell you in person as well.
  • What if an issue arises with the home inspection or report?
    If an issue is present, it will be on the report and it will be up to the buyer to proceed with the property.
  • When does the home inspection happen?
    The Home/Property inspection happens after you are approved to go forward with the purchase. Or it can be a pre-inspection to sell the house, renovations, 1yr prior to new construction warranty ends, or you can do it yearly.
  • Hiring a Property inspector?
    Hiring a Property inspector is needed in the buying, selling, or renovation process. It's to give you clarity of the conditions of the property of things you don't see and don't no about.
  • How much does a home inspection cost?
    Inspections cost depend on square footage of the property and can start as low as $350.
  • What happens during home inspection?
    During an inspection involves making sure the HVAC works, Electrical is to code, foundation is in good condition, roof is in good standing and anything in the home or property to make sure it is livable or workable due to code and specs.
  • What's included in home inspection reports?
    Your report will include anything that is not to spec. If it is good then it will be checked off. It will show you details of what indicates to the inspector that makes it questionable. Again everything we find or don't is on the date of inspection.
  • What's not included?
    What's not included is suggested repairs and something that isn't functioning correctly or not to code a day after the inspection. We are not responsible for a none functioning system the day after inspection.
  • Who pays for the home inspection?
    The inspection can be paid by the buyer, seller or the home owner.
